Accessibility statement
Find My Ring Fit™ targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a release requirement, not an enhancement.
What is implemented
- A skip link to main content, semantic landmarks and a single main region per page.
- Logical heading order, with headings receiving focus when a flow step changes.
- Full keyboard operation. No action requires dragging, a mouse or a time limit.
- A strong visible focus indicator that is never removed.
- Labelled form controls, grouped fieldsets, and an error summary that receives focus.
- Live regions for results, validation and storage outcomes.
- Status is always conveyed in text as well as colour.
- Tap targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels on primary controls.
- Text scales to 200% without loss of content, and reduced motion is respected.
- Light and dark colour tokens chosen for AA contrast.
What is not yet verified
Manual assistive-technology QA — including VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA on Windows, and real-device screen-reader testing of the on-screen sizer — has not been completed for this build. Until it has, we do not claim conformance; we claim intent and implementation. The on-screen sizer in particular is labelled Beta because it also needs physical-device calibration validation.
Known accessibility considerations
- The on-screen ring sizer is inherently visual. A keyboard-accessible slider with announced millimetre values is provided, and an equivalent non-visual path exists: enter the ring's inside diameter directly.
- Printing is offered as an alternative to sharing for anyone who prefers a physical record.
Feedback
If something here is not usable with your assistive technology, that is a defect. A published feedback channel is an outstanding owner decision for this build.
